▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing metal-based three-dimensional graphene composite material comprises (i) placing the metal powder into the growth vessel, (ii) placing in a chemical vapor deposition furnace under a protective atmosphere, sintering at 500-1050 degrees C to prepare a bulk three-dimensional network structure of metal foam, (iii) introducing growth gas and growing graphene film directly on the surface of the bulk foam metal at 500-1050 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing metal-based three-dimensional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves electrical conductivity of the composite.
