▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyamideimide cured epoxy resin aqueous coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 400-750 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous wetting agent, 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous defoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. aqueous leveling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. aqueous substrate wetting agent, 50-100 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 20-50 pts. wt. talc powder, 10-50 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 20-50 pts. wt. aqueous graphene slurry, 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous thickener, 2-5 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent and 50-400 pts. wt. deionized water. The component B is modified water-soluble polyamide-imides (PAI) resin composed of 70-80 wt.% amic acid ring-opening type PAI and 20-30 wt.% imine ring-closing type PAI. USE - Used as polyamideimide cured epoxy resin aqueous coating. ADVANTAGE - The polyamideimide cured epoxy resin aqueous coating: has excellent temperature resistance and wear resistance; maintains excellent appearance and decoration; can be self-dried and solidified, which is convenient for coating construction; has hardness up to 6H, excellent flexibility, impact resistance of greater than or equal to 50 kg.cm and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyamideimide cured epoxy resin aqueous coating, comprising: (a) component A: (i) adding aqueous epoxy resin into deionized water and uniformly stirring, (ii) adding aqueous dispersant, aqueous defoaming agent and aqueous wetting agent in sequence, (iii) adding rutile titanium dioxide, talc powder, molybdenum disulfide, uniformly stirring and allowing to stand for 30-60 minutes, and grinding until the fineness is not greater than 40 mu m, (iv) adding aqueous graphene slurry, aqueous leveling agent, aqueous substrate wetting agent and anti-flash rust agent, (v) adding aqueous thickener to adjust the viscosity according to the viscosity of the coating and controlling the viscosity at 1000-2000 mPa.s and (vi) packaging after filtering with 80 mesh screen, (b) component B: aqueous modified PAI resin and (c) providing component A and component B at ratio of 4:1-10:1.
