NOVELTY - A housing material comprises polyetherketoneketone (PEKK). USE - Material used for housing for mobile devices (claimed) such as mobile phones, portable media player, and notebook computer. ADVANTAGE - The housing material includes the polyetherketoneketone which improves the durability of the housing through intrinsic properties such as tensile strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance and excellent metal adhesiveness. Through the low dielectric loss characteristic of polyetherketoneketone, the data transmission/reception performance for each frequency band of the mobile device can be improved. The polyetherketoneketone can be easily processed because it has high melt index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of housing, which involves preparing a mobile device and applying the housing material to the rear plate segment opening or the side bezel segment opening of the mobile device.
