▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based heat preservation fabric comprises a coating layer which is coated on inner and/or outer layer of a base fabric layer. The thickness of the coating layer is 10-20 mu m. The coating layer is attached with an ethylene-vinyl acetate film. The coating layer comprises 20-45 pts. wt. polymer resin glue, 0.1-3 pts. wt. rutile titania, 2-8 pts. wt. glass beads, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, and 0.2-1 pt. wt. polysilicon. USE - Graphene-based heat preservation fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly and energy-saving graphene-based heat preservation fabric has low thermal conductivity, and exhibits super cooling performance at low ambient temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based heat preservation fabric, which involves (i) blending the fibers to obtain base fabric, (ii) mixing polymer resin glue, rutile titania, glass beads, graphene, and polysilicon in a mixing bowl with a stirrer, and ultrasonically processing for 10-30 minutes, (iii) coating base fabric layer with adhesive layer, covering with ethylene-vinyl acetate film, placing in an oven, and baking at 60-80 degrees C for 3-4 minutes.
