▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrochemical sensor electrode, comprises electrode material mixed catalyst, or prepared by coating the catalyst on the surface of the electrode material. The catalyst is platinum carbon, ruthenium carbon or rhodium carbon. The electrode material is formed by mixing carbon source, Prussian blue, binder and solvent, or mixing a carbon source, a binder and a solvent. The carbon source is graphene, graphite, carbon nanotubes or ink. The binder is polyvinylidene fluoride, sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose, styrene-butadiene rubber, polyacrylic acid and salt binders, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, LA132/LA133 water-based adhesive, polybutylene acrylate or polyacrylonitrile. The solvent includes 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide or deionized water. USE - The sensor electrode is useful for the detection of hydrogen peroxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The detection sensitivity of the sensor electrode to hydrogen peroxide is greatly improved. The preparation process of sensor electrode greatly simplifies the preparation process, and it is convenient for industrial popularization and application. The electrochemical sensor electrode is prepared by directly mixing the catalyst with the electrode material homogenate, then using screen printing technology, the conductive paste is printed into electrode to prepare sensor electrode, the preparation method is simple, which is good for industrial popularity, and the detection sensitivity is excellent. The electrode material slurry mixed with the catalyst is printed to form a modified layer in the form of drop coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of electrochemical sensor electrode. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart illustrating the preparation method of electrochemical sensor electrode (Drawing includes non-English language text).
