NOVELTY - A coating comprises 50-90 wt.% water-based epoxy resin, 0.1-1 wt.% solid filler comprising ionic liquid-modified fluorinated graphene, 0.01-0.1 wt.% thickener, 0.01-0.1 wt.% leveling agent and 9.88-48.8 wt.% curing agent. USE - Coating used in surface of metal substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent corrosion resistance and addition of solid filler effectively saves resources. The preparation process is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating which involves mixing solid filler and water-based epoxy resin, adding leveling agent, thickener, curing agent and stirring uniformly at room temperature.
