NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/CoxCu1-x ferrite (Fe2O4) composite material comprises reduced graphene oxide and a ferrite material with a chemical formula of CoxCu1-xFe2O4, where 0.1 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.7, and the ferrite material is uniformly supported on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide, where x=0.5. USE - Reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/CoxCu1-x ferrite (Fe2O4) composite material used as an electromagnetic shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide/CoxCu1-x ferrite composite material has superior electromagnetic shielding performance, and has good application prospects in the fields of electromagnetic shielding paint, electromagnetic shielding film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing RGO/CoxCu1-xFe2O4 composite material, which involves mixing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion uniformly with the cobalt source, the copper source, and the iron source, preparing precursor by the co-precipitation method under the action of the precipitating agent, and subjecting the precursor to hydrothermal reaction to prepare the RGO/CoxCu1-xFe2O4 composite material; (2) an electromagnetic shielding paint, which comprises 200-300 pts. wt. water, 0-1 pts. wt. bactericide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0-15 pts. wt. antifreeze, 200 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion -250 parts, 10-20 pts. wt. film-forming aids, 10-15 pts. wt. thickeners, 2-6 pts. wt. pH regulators, 10-30 pts. wt. RGO/CoxCu1-xFe2O4 composite material; and (3) an electromagnetic shielding film, which is prepared by compounding the electromagnetic shielding paint on a substrate and drying.
