NOVELTY - Controllable preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene involves mixing ionic liquid with organic solvent, spinning mixture of ionic liquid and organic solvent on annealed copper foil under argon (Ar)-hydrogen atmosphere, performing high-temperature thermal decomposition process to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene, performing cleaning and annealing pretreatment of copper foil by using the cleaning solution to clean the copper foil, putting the clean copper foil into a tube furnace, annealing in hydrogen and Ar airflow, cooling the copper foil substrate to room temperature for use, spin-coating the mixture of ionic liquid and organic solvent on the surface of the annealed copper foil, placing the copper foil in a tube furnace, raising the temperature in the flow of hydrogen and Ar, and cooling the product obtained on the surface of the copper foil to an indoor temperature after a set growth time to obtain a nitrogen-doped graphene film material grown on the copper foil.
