NOVELTY - Preparing multi-targeted nano medicine carrier comprises (i) dissolving magnetic graphene oxide (MGO) in the ethanol, adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) under nitrogen protection, stirring, reacting, and filtering to obtain precipitate, washing the precipitate with ethanol and deionized water, and freeze-drying to obtain aminated magnetic graphene oxide APTES-MGO nanocomposite, (ii) adding 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDCI) into the cyclodextrin-hyaluronic acid-cholic acid supramolecular polymer ( beta -CD-HACA), sonicating in the deionized water until completely dissolving the EDCI andadding N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), stirring and mixing uniformly, adding aminated magnetic graphene oxide APTES-MGO nanocomposite, stirring at room temperature for 24-48 hours, and freeze-drying to obtain cyclodextrin-hyaluronic acid-cholic acid polymer functionalized multi-target nano medicine carrier (MGO- beta -CD-HA-CA). USE - The method is useful for preparing multi-targeted nano medicine carrier. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of multi-targeted nano drug carrier loaded with camptothecin, comprising multi-targeted nano medicine carrier and camptothecin inclusion complex for anti-tumor, multi-targeted nano medicine carrier and camptothecin inclusion compound killing cancer cells under near-infrared light irradiation.
