NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion graphene modified material for protecting metal substrates, comprises graphene oxide, aniline, waterborne epoxy resin, mixed material, glycol butyl ether, emulsifier, defoamer, dispersant, curing agent, KH550 coupling agent, and gallic acid-based epoxy resin in proportion to obtain modified graphene. USE - The anti-graphene modified material is useful for protecting metal substrates (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rust-graphene modified material has excellent anti-corrosion protection effect, high density, high hardness, high mechanical strength, excellent scratch resistance, excellent durability, and excellent shielding effect, and can be stably dispersed in the system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing anti-corrosion graphene modified material for protecting metal substrates, comprising (i) dispersing graphene oxide in water to dispersed graphene solution, (ii) adding aniline and HCl with concentration of 0.2 mol/l to the dispersed graphene solution, and magnetically stirring for 1 hours to obtain graphene oxide/aniline/hydrochloric acid mixed solution, (iii) magnetically stirring for 24 hours, allowing to stand for 12 hours, and then washing with absolute ethanol to obtain graphene oxide/polyaniline solution, (iv) adding ammonia water to carrying out ultrasonic reduction treatment, and then vacuum-drying to obtain graphene oxide/polyaniline, which is for later use, (v) diluting the water-based epoxy resin with distilled water, and mixing into mixture to obtain mixture A, (vi) adding graphene oxide/polyaniline into the mixture A, ball milling, adding glycol butyl ether, emulsifier, defoaming agent and dispersing agent in turn, and mixing uniformly to obtain mixture B, and (vii) sequentially mixing KH550 coupling agent, gallic acid-based epoxy resin and curing agent into mixture B, and stirring evenly with magnetic force; and (2) steel dip coating process for protecting the surface of steel, comprising taking the steel material, immersing under the liquid surface of the dip coating tank for 5-6 seconds, taking out, hanging to dry to form film, and then repeating the dip coating 2-3 times, the graphene modified material is contained in the dip coating tank;
