▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Treating sewage Immobilized using immobilized microorganism involves performing dissolution of oxidized graphene and sodium alginate in deionized water at 80-90 degrees C. The formed solution, after dissolution is then cooled up to 40-50 degrees C. Microbial culture liquid is then added to the formed solution, under continuous stirring condition carried for 30-50 minutes, to obtain a microorganism immobilized-solution. Calcium chloride is dissolved in the deionized water, under continuous stirring condition to obtain calcium chloride solution. USE - Method for treating sewage Immobilized using immobilized microorganism (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The treatment method increases the efficacy of sewage treatment device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Treating sewage Immobilized using immobilized microorganism involves performing dissolution of oxidized graphene and sodium alginate in deionized water at 80-90 degrees C. The formed calcium chloride solution is then added drop-wise to the obtained microorganism immobilized-solution to obtain spherical shaped encapsulated microorganism immobilized-solution. The obtained spherical shaped encapsulated microorganism immobilized-solution is then rinsed with deionized water, and then later subjected to a sewage treatment equipment. The inflow of spherical shaped encapsulated microorganism immobilized-solution in the sewage treatment equipment is maintained for 12-18hours. The microorganism is selected according to the type of the sewage wastes.
