NOVELTY - A composite prepreg material has several layers of graphene film (35) functionalized with holes (64) formed through the films, amine (50) formed on both upper surface (48) and lower surface (49) of the film and/or epoxide (54) formed on at least one edge (66) of the film, having size that spans entire width (72) and entire length (74) of the composite prepreg material. USE - Composite prepreg material used for manufacturing aerospace components and structure, passenger aircraft, cargo aircraft, military aircraft, rotorcraft, aerospace vehicles, satellites, space launch vehicles, rockets, boats, trains, automobiles, trucks and buses. ADVANTAGE - The composite prepreg material has increased strength, stiffness, modulus and bonding capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of prepreg material, which involves forming several layers of graphene film and laminating several layers of graphene film.
