NOVELTY - Sheet-like electrode having a hydrogel layer in at least a portion around the conductive sheet, and the conductive sheet is at least one carbon material selected from the group consisting of carbon black, carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers, graphene, and fullerenes. The hydrogel layer contains an elastomer and has adhesiveness. An electrode containing a silicone hydrogel having a structural unit of acetone derivative (I). USE - Electrode is used for for medical application for measuring electrocardio measurement for measuring pulsation of heart (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet-like electrode has excellent durability and adhesiveness, and does not produce split on the surface even when placed under external air.
