NOVELTY - Semiconductive shielding material comprises 100 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber (EVM), 40-60 pts. wt. nitrile rubber (NBR), 2-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. MB, 1-3 pts. wt. RD, 20-40 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 8-16 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 10-20 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate (DOS), 2-5 pts. wt. 2,4-dichlorophenol (DCP) and 3-6 pts. wt. triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC). USE - Semiconductive shielding material for shield machine. ADVANTAGE - The semiconductive shielding material has high-voltage rubber cable insulation, low volume resistivity, and less graphene, less carbon black, and ultra-smoothness, good extrusion performance, excellent thermal stability, and improves peelability of insulation shield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing semiconductive shielding material, which involves: (A) adding EVM and NBR to a mixer, mixing under the top plug pressure is 0.55 plus minus 0.1Mpa, the surface temperature is 120 plus minus 5 degrees C, and the mixing is performed for 180 plus minus 15 seconds to get mixture; (B) adding zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, MB, RD, microcrystalline wax, DOS and mixture, mixing under top plug pressure 0.55 plus minus 0.1Mpa, the table temperature 105 plus minus 5 degrees C for 90 plus minus 10 seconds to get composite; (C) adding conductive carbon black, graphene, and composite are mixing under the top plug pressure 0.55 plus minus 0.1Mpa, and surface temperature of 105 plus minus 5 degrees C for 240 plus minus 15 seconds and glue, open-roller stick temperature 65 plus minus 5 degrees C, including the whole roll, requiring no broken, shiny, turning machine turning 4-6 times, and filtering with 20 mesh, 40 mesh and 60 mesh filters respectively, and the surface temperature is 75 plus minus 5 degrees C, to get filtrate; (D) subjecting the filtrate into vaccum by adding vulcanizing agent DCP, TAIC, the top plug pressure 0.55 plus minus 0.1Mpa, the surface temperature of 85 plus minus 5 degrees C, and mixing for 60 plus minus 10 seconds, and plastic roll and the roll of the open mill package shall be completely broken, and no broken eyes shall and turn around machine shall be turn for 4-6 times to require luster; and (E) scrolling to three sticks, stick temperature 65 plus minus 5 degrees C, middle stick temperature 75 plus minus 5 degrees C, next stick temperature 50 plus minus 5 degrees C, and rewind to get desired product.
