▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nano ceramic coating comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 55-70 pts. wt. acidic silica sol, 8-20 pts. wt. inorganic pigment, 4-6 pts. wt. silicon whisker, 4-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 7-15 pts. wt. other fillers, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.5-1 pt. wt. leveling agent. The component (B) comprises 86-92 pts. wt. siloxane, 1.5-3 pts. wt. non-sticking additive, and 5-13 pts. wt. solvent. The solvent is at least one of absolute ethanol, isopropanol, and n-butanol. USE - Nano ceramic coating for decorating high-temperature working vehicle e.g. 600 degrees C working vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The nano ceramic coating can be self-dried at normal temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nano ceramic coating, which involves adding acidic silica sol, dispersant, and leveling agent in sequence, to the sand mill, stirring, adding inorganic pigment, silicon whisker, silicon carbide fiber, and other fillers, calculating the yield rate when the fineness is 25 mu m or less, adding graphene while stirring at 650 rpm for 15-20 minutes, filtering using 160 mesh double-layer screen to obtain component (A), and mixing siloxane, non-sticking additive, and solvent to obtain component (B).
