NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite film involves performing ultrasonic dispersion of 1 pt. wt. graphene and 0.01-1 pt. wt. complex in 5-150 pts. wt. mixed solvent, extruding mixture at 1-100 mL/hour at 10-80 degrees C in coagulating liquid for 1-100 seconds and drying to obtain graphene composite film. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, and has wide use to different industrial field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite film involves performing ultrasonic dispersion of 1 pt. wt. graphene and 0.01-1 pt. wt. complex in 5-150 pts. wt. mixed solvent, extruding mixture at 1-100 mL/hour at 10-80 degrees C in coagulating liquid for 1-100 seconds and drying to obtain graphene composite film. The main complex is hyperbranched polyether, hyperbranched ester-amine copolymer, polysulfone hyperbranched amine, hyperbranched polysilicon silane, cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium, silk protein, alginate, chitosan, gelatin, agar, urea-melamine mixture, polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, styrene-based resin, polyoxymethylene, polyamide, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene ether, modified polyphenylene ether, polysulfone, polyether sulfone, polyketone, polyether ketone, polyarylate and/or polyether nitrile. The solvent is methanol, ethanol, N-methylpyrrolidone, acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide, pyridine, dioxane, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide, tetrahydrofuran, methyl ethyl ketone, ethylene glycol and/or diethylene glycol. The coagulation liquid comprises 5-10 wt.% methanol solution of sodium hydroxide, 5-10 wt.% ethanol solution of sodium hydroxide, 5-8 wt.% methanol solution of potassium hydroxide, 5-8 wt.% ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide, 5-10 wt.% aqueous sodium hydroxide, 10-20 wt.% aqueous sodium sulfate, 10-20 wt.% sodium chloride solution, 10-20 wt.% calcium chloride solution, 5-10 wt.% aqueous sodium nitrate, 5-10 wt.% aqueous calcium nitrate, 5-10 wt.% aqueous sodium phosphate, 5-8 wt.% aqueous potassium chloride, 5-10 wt.% aqueous ammonium chloride and 5-15 wt.% ammonia.
