NOVELTY - Preparation of functionalized graphene-carbon nanotube reinforced epoxy resin composite involves adding multiwalled carbon nanotubes to mixed acid, ultrasonically refluxing, filtering under reduced pressure, adding N,N-dimethylacetamide, ultrasonically oscillating, adding epoxy resin to dissolve, heating, stirring, cooling, suction-filtering, obtaining functionalized carbon nanotubes, dispersing functionalized graphene and carbon nanotubes into acetone, obtaining component (A), mixing nano alumina, hydrophilic nano-silica and epoxy resin with a grinder, obtaining component (B), mixing component (A) and component (B), ultrasonically processing, placing in an oven to remove acetone, adding curing agent and accelerator, magnetically stirring, vacuum defoaming, injecting resultant epoxy mixture into a mold, solidifying in a vacuum oven, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of functionalized graphene-carbon nanotube reinforced epoxy resin composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Functionalized graphene is obtained by ultrasonically dispersing graphene powder, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and coupling agent, heating, cooling, centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying.
