USE - Pollution and drape-free transfer of large-area graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to use polymethyl methacrylate, has simple technique and low cost, avoids organic material pollution to graphene, reduces the damage to graphene during the transfer process, and avoids the formation of micro-drapes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pollution and drape-free transfer of large-area graphene comprises corroding graphene-metal substrate with corrosive liquid to obtain graphene film floating on corrosive liquid surface, diluting the corrosive liquid with ultrapure deionized water, continuously discharging the corrosive liquid, placing the target substrate on the bottom of a container such that target substrate and container bottom space included angle is established, adjusting the position of a support frame to ensure that graphene drops to the target position, transferring graphene to the target substrate, opening a water outlet and adjusting flow, ensuring a certain liquid surface descending speed of graphene film for precise transfer, washing graphene-target substrate with ultrapure deionized water for 5-8 times, drying in vacuum drying tank, and storing in a clean and dry environment.
