▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene powder comprises (i) adding specific amount of graphene into sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing and reacting at room temperature under magnetic stirring; (ii) slowly adding 2-5 m l of 30% hydrogen peroxide solution as the catalyst for the reaction at the beginning of the reaction after stirring for 1 hour; (iii) subjecting the reaction solution to suction filtration to remove the alkali solution, then washing the filter cake with deionized water until neutral and ultrasonically dispersing into a modified graphene dispersion liquid with deionized water; (iv) drying the modified graphene dispersion by spray drying to obtain modified graphene powder; and (v) placing the modified graphene powder obtained in the step (iv) in a vacuum oven at 65-80 degrees C, drying in vacuum for 1-2 hours to remove residual moisture content in the modified graphene and activating the modified graphene to obtain activated modified graphene powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene powder. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene improves the dispersibility and compatibility of modified graphene thermal grease. The modified graphene thermal grease improves stability, service life and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene powder comprises (i) adding specific amount of graphene into 10-20 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-60 minutes and reacting at room temperature under magnetic stirring for 8-24 hours; (ii) slowly adding 2-5 m l of 30% hydrogen peroxide solution as the catalyst for the reaction at the beginning of the reaction after stirring for 1 hour; (iii) subjecting the reaction solution to suction filtration to remove the alkali solution, then washing the filter cake with deionized water until neutral and ultrasonically dispersing into a modified graphene dispersion liquid with deionized water; (iv) drying the modified graphene dispersion by spray drying to obtain modified graphene powder; and (v) placing the modified graphene powder obtained in the step (iv) in a vacuum oven at 65-80 degrees C, drying in vacuum for 1-2 hours to remove residual moisture content in the modified graphene and activating the modified graphene to obtain activated modified graphene powder. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a modified graphene thermal grease comprising preparation of modified graphene powder including the steps (i) to (v) as mentioned above, (vi) adding specific amount of blank thermal grease into a vacuum stirred tank and stirring under vacuum for 1-2 hours, (vii) taking 0.5-5 wt.% mass ratio of the activated modified graphene powder obtained in the step (v), placing it in the blank thermal grease which is stirred in the step (vi) under vacuum for 1-2 hours and uniformly mixing the pre-mixed modified graphene powder and thermal grease, (viii) placing the uniformly pre-mixed modified graphene thermal grease precursor in step (vii) in a constant temperature vacuum oven, heating, and curing the precursor, and (ix) placing the modified graphene thermal grease precursor in a vacuum mixer after curing and continuously stirring for 12-48 hours; (2) modified graphene thermal grease, is prepared by the method as mentioned above; and (3) grease containing modified graphene powder comprising modified graphene powder, prepared by the method as mentioned above.
