NOVELTY - A punching table composite material comprises hydantoin epoxy resin, phenolic resin, poly(methyl methacrylate), gneiss powder, conglomerate powder, fiberglass, copper ammonia fiber, silicon-titanium powder, graphene, polyanionic cellulose, isopropyl palmitate, cetearyl alcohol, distearyloxy isopropyl aluminate, starch phosphate, PTFE, diethylenetriamine, trimellitic anhydride, isopropanol, methylisothiazolinone and turpentine. USE - Punching table composite material. ADVANTAGE - The punching table composite material has excellent mechanical properties, thermal performance and shock absorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A punching table composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. hydantoin epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. poly(methyl methacrylate), 5-10 pts. wt. gneiss powder, 10-15 pts. wt. conglomerate powder, 2-5 pts. wt. fiberglass, 1-2 pts. wt. copper ammonia fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon-titanium powder, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. polyanionic cellulose, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. isopropyl palmitate, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. cetearyl alcohol, 4-8 pts. wt. distearyloxy isopropyl aluminate, 2-5 pts. wt. starch phosphate, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. PTFE, 6-10 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 4-8 pts. wt. trimellitic anhydride, 5-10 pts. wt. isopropanol, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. methylisothiazolinone and 50-70 pts. wt. turpentine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the punching table composite material, which involves (a) mixing hydantoin epoxy resin, phenolic resin, poly(methyl methacrylate), starch phosphate, diethylenetriamine, trimellitic anhydride and isopropanol and heating at 60-70 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, (b) mixing gneiss powder, conglomerate powder, fiberglass, copper ammonia fiber, silicon-titanium powder, graphene, distearyloxy isopropyl aluminate and turpentine for 50-60 minutes, (c) filtering, washing with deionized water, drying at 80-90 degrees C, mixing all components, placing in a water bath and stirring at 80-90 degrees C, and (d) pouring into mold, curing at room temperature for 24 hours, demolding, curing at 80-90 degrees C for 24-26 hours and continuously curing at room temperature for 7 days.
