NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene involves adding 1 pts. wt. graphene to 28-30 wt.% hydrochloric acid for 3-5 minutes, performing ultrasonic filtration, adding to 15-18 wt.% concentrated hydrochloric acid, standing for 6-8 hours, washing after separation, and drying to obtain a modified graphene. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene used for preparing thermally conductive polybutylene terephthalate material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared polybutylene terephthalate has excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1)a thermally conductive polybutylene terephthalate material, which comprises: 100 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 1-3 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant are preparing with specific weight portion, where modified graphene is prepared by adding 1 pts. wt. graphene to 28-30 wt.% hydrochloric acid for 3-5 minutes, performing ultrasonic filtration, adding to 15-18% concentrated hydrochloric acid, standing for 6-8 hours, washing after separation, and drying to obtain a modified graphene; and (2)a method for preparing thermally conductive polybutylene terephthalate material, which involves: (a)mixing fully polybutylene terephthalate, modified graphene, lubricant and antioxidant with specific ratio to obtain uniform mixture;(b)adding mixed material into a twin-screw extruder;(c)melting;(d)extruding;(e)pelletizing;(d)drying to obtain the thermally conductive polybutylene terephthalate material.
