NOVELTY - Quartz boat based on multi-layer and large-area graphene growth comprises a tubular quartz boat (2), a quartz plate (3) and quartz slide (4). The tubular quartz boat is located within the tubular quartz tube (1). The quartz plate is horizontally inserted into a tubular quartz boat. The quartz slide block is located between the two end tubular quartz body and outer wall based on the boat, and graphene growth can be carried out in a tubular chemical vapor deposition system. USE - Used as quartz boat based on multi-layer and large-area graphene growth. ADVANTAGE - The quartz boat: realizes the growth requirements of multi-layer graphene e.g. single layer, multi-layer, roll-to-roll for graphene growth; and solves the problem of single loading of metal substrates and the problem of large area graphene growth requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene growth method based on a quartz boat for multi-layer and large-area graphene growth, comprising (i) taking metal foil substrate and catalyzing the growth of graphene, cutting the length to less than or equal to to the length of the tubular quartz boat, where the width is slightly smaller than the width of the quartz insert, placing on the middle layer of the quartz boat, on any layer or on any multi-layer quartz insert, (ii) where the length of the metal foil substrate is less than or equal to to the length of the tubular quartz boat, winding circle around the outer wall of the tubular quartz boat, and(iii) placing the metal foil substrate on the quartz insert or wounding on the outer wall of the tubular quartz boat.
