NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-quantum dot composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding functional polymer monomer and initiator, precipitating using a precipitating agent, drying, obtaining modified graphene oxide composite, mixing cadmium salt, and mercapto amine, preparing precursor solution, adjusting pH with acidic solution, adding sodium tellurium hydride or sodium selenium hydride precursor solution, heating, mixing obtained product with modified graphene oxide composite, and subjecting to electrostatic interaction process. USE - Preparation of graphene-quantum dot composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene-quantum dot composite material having excellent water solubility, without carrying out ligand substitution or modification, and high-temperature hydrothermal reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-quantum dot composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding functional polymer monomer, mixing, adding resultant mixture to reactor, heating in oil bath, adding initiator, heating in nitrogen atmosphere, obtaining black uniformly dispersed graphene solution, precipitating using a precipitating agent, centrifuging, washing, drying, obtaining modified graphene oxide composite, mixing cadmium salt as metal source, and mercapto amine containing amino group on surface as ligand, preparing precursor solution, adjusting pH with acidic solution, adding sodium tellurium hydride or sodium selenium hydride precursor solution, heating in oil bath in nitrogen atmosphere, obtaining positively charged fluorescent quantum dots of cadmium-containing aqueous solution, mixing obtained product with modified graphene oxide composite, ultrasonically processing, and subjecting to electrostatic interaction process.
