NOVELTY - Multilayer graphene oxide insulating ink comprises 50-65 wt.% aqueous high molecular insulating resin, 8-10 wt.% multilayer graphene oxide , 3-5 wt.% dispersant, 3-5 wt.% insulating pigment, 10-20 wt.% insulating filler, 0.1-0.3 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 8-12 wt.% deionized water, and 1-2 wt.% thickening agent. USE - Used as multilayer graphene oxide insulating ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink has the properties of surface smoothness, high hardness, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high flame retardancy, and increases good self-heat conduction and heat radiation properties, and has high insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the multilayer graphene oxide insulating ink, comprising (i) adding the aqueous polymer insulating resin and dispersant into a dispersing kettle for stirring and dispersing for 5-5 hours, continuously stirring, adding multilayer graphene oxide insulating pigment and insulating filler, and dispersing at high speed to obtain premix; (ii) grinding the premix in a grinding machine until the fineness is 3-12 μm; (iii) conveying the resulting premix after grinding to the dispersing kettle for stirring and dispersing, and adding leveling agent and thickening agent, adjusting viscosity with deionized water, continuously dispersing, filtering and packaging after qualified.
