NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide/silicon composite involves coating graphene oxide dispersion solution on the surface of a nickel foam by a dip coating method, drying, coating a silicon nanopowder dispersion solution on the surface of the graphene-coated nickel foam by a dip coating method, drying, repeating the processes, and laminating the composite. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide/silicon composite used as anode material in manufacture of secondary battery (claimed) used for cellular phone and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, efficient and economical manufacture of graphene oxide/silicon composite with high capacity and excellent lithium storage performance. The lithium secondary battery including graphene oxide/silicon composite has excellent charging/discharging characteristics and high capacity retention rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of secondary battery, which involves using graphene oxide/silicon composite as an anode material.
