NOVELTY - Flexible epoxy conductive ink comprises 2-10 wt.% epoxy resin E51, 1-5 wt.% flexible auxiliary agent, 10-40 wt.% diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, 0.1-0.01 wt.% conductive auxiliary agent, 4-20 wt.% mixture of tung oil anhydride and 4-methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride, 1-4 wt.% taste of solidifying accelerant MY-25, 35-70 wt.% conductive filler, 0-1 wt.% coupling agent KH560, 0-1 wt.% de-foaming agent Dhigh 900, and 0-1 wt.% flatting agent Dhigh 410. USE - Flexible epoxy conductive ink is used for printed circuit board. Uses include but are not limited to screen printing, ink jet printing, intaglio printing and flexible printing. ADVANTAGE - The flexible epoxy conductive ink has low resistivity, high toughness, stable electrical performance, and good printability on the surface of high polymer e.g. polyethylene terephthalate and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible epoxy conductive ink for printed circuit board comprising (i) adding bisphenol A type epoxy resin E51, polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether, tung oil anhydride and 4-methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride mixture, diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, graphene, silane coupling agent KH560, antifoaming agent 900, flatting agent 410 once to three-mouth flask, heating to 60℃, then mixing and stirring for 30 minutes, the rotating speed is 400 revolution/minute, then reducing the temperature to room temperature, adding the fragrance curing accelerator MY-25, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes, the rotating speed is 400 revolution/minute, finally adding sheet silver powder, mixing and stirring for 60 minutes, the rotating speed is 500 revolution/minute, sealing, drying at 10-25℃ to obtain the conductive ink, and (ii) passing the conductive ink through three-roller machine, adjusting three roller machine gap to 8 microns to obtain the finished product conductive ink.
