NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite film using winding device comprises starting the evaporation module for vacuum-evaporation coating, depositing a catalyst film layer on the surface of the flexible base film around the evaporator main roller, starting a coating module downstream of the evaporative module, setting the pattern generating roller device downstream of growth roller through the vaccume absorption process to partially remove the wet film layer which is not formed on the flexible substrate film of the roller body, heating and drying and shaping the wet membrane layer by the shaping module set at the downstream of a pattern generation roller device to form graphene composite membrane, and using illumination heating or drying box to heat, and the formed graphene complex membrane has a specific pattern. USE - The method for preparing graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a clean environment for preparing graphene composite film by vacuumizing the sealed chamber and then filling in the working gas, firstly depositing the catalyst layer needed by graphene composite material growth on the flexible substrate by vacuum evaporation coating, making the graphene composite material coated on it grow into wet film layer then the vaccume absorption process of the pattern generating roller device makes the wet film to generate the set pattern, and heating and drying and shaping the wet layer by the shaping module, finally obtaining the graphene-silicon rubber composite film with specific pattern, and can achieve large-scale mass production of graphene composite flexible film material mass production.
