NOVELTY - Dearomatization production of heptane solvent oil, involves mixing raffinate oil and heptane solvent oil in a volume ratio of 3-5:1, leaving still, carrying out dearomatization of the mixed oil under the action of a hydrogenation catalyst at 120-180 degrees C and 2-3 MPa at a hydrogen-oil volume ratio of 120-300, removing hydrogen from the system, and distilling to obtain product with a boiling point of 95 degrees C and 98% distillation temperature of not more than 105 degrees C. The catalyst comprises a metal active component, and a carrier comprising alumina and graphene. USE - Dearomatization production of heptane solvent oil using hydrogenation catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of high-purity and high-quality heptane solvent oil.
