▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method comprises providing metal material, and obtaining vertical graphene coating on the surface of metal material by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition. USE - Method for metal protection, which is used in metal anti-corrosion field. Can also be used in high power wire cable, microelectronic device, and high temperature electromagnetic shielding fields. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and efficient, and convenient to be extended to large-scale production; adopts the vertical graphene coating on the surface of the metal material; can exhibit more excellent hydrophobic properties; can efficiently isolate the corrosive medium; prevents from further penetrating into the metal surface; and achieves anti-corrosion of metal materials in harsh environments e.g. high temperature and corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device.
