▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite paint heat-dissipating paint comprises 15-60 pts. wt. thermal conductive material for graphene system, 60-180 pts. wt. polymercomplex binder, 20-40 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 0.5-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-6 pts. wt. defoamer and 0.5-4 pts. wt. leveling agent . The thermal conductive material of the graphene system is composed of graphene, silicon nitride and boron nitride in a weight ratio of 1:0.5:0.5. The polymercomplex binder is composed of organosilicone resin and epoxy resin in a weight ratio of 1:1. USE - The graphite lacquer heat-dissipating paint is useful for surface of heating parts electronic components (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint has high thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and strong adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the graphite paint heat dissipation coating comprising (i) mixing graphene, boron nitride, silicon nitride, and water into a ball mill, grinding for 2.5 hours at 2500 revolutions/minute (rpm), and ultrasonically dispersing at 20 KHz for 20 minutes, and drying under reduced pressure to obtain a graphite system thermally conductive material, and (ii) adding the polymer binder, the graphite system heat-conducting material, the solvent and the auxiliary agent to the high-speed mixer, and keeping the rotating speed of 1500 rpm for 1.5 hours to mix evenly; and (2) use of graphite paint heat-dissipating paint comprising evenly coating by automatic spraying, and the graphite paint heat-dissipating paint on the surface of the heating pts. wt. electronic components, where the thickness of the coating is 20- 40 microns, and curing for 30 minutes at 200-250 degrees C.
