▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-doped foam material involves (a) mixing main material, graphene oxide, dispersion accelerator, and lubricant to obtain a mixture, and pelletizing to obtain graphene-containing pellets, (b) mixing the pellets, azodicarbonamide foaming agent, vulcanizing agent and zinc oxide, stearic acid, fillers and calcium powder, and dicumyl peroxide crosslinking agents, (c) adding the obtained mixture into a machine to obtain mixed rubber mixture, and (d) providing the sheet material obtained from mixed rubber mixture, and water-cooling a mold at room temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene-doped foam material e.g. molded foam shoe sole (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently prevents aggregation of graphene, and provides foam material with improved mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-doped foam material involves (a) granulating and mixing 100 pts. wt. main material, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. dispersion accelerator, and 0.5-5 pts. wt. lubricant to obtain a mixture, and melt-mixing, and cooling the obtained mixture, and pelletizing the mixture by a pelletizer to obtain graphene-containing pellets, (b) mixing 100 pts. wt. pellets, 4-15 pts. wt. azodicarbonamide foaming agents, 1-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agents and zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 15-45 pts. wt. fillers and calcium powder or talc powder, 1-4 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide (DCP) crosslinking agents, and 0.5-3 pts. wt. TAIC (RTM: triallyl isocyanurate) crosslinking coagents in a banbury mixer, (c) adding the mixture into a rubber mixing machine for secondary mixing, fully mixing the material to obtain mixed rubber mixture, adjusting the rubber mixture into a piece, pulling the piece out of a rubber fining mixer and cutting the piece into a sheet material, and (d) providing the sheet material into a thermocompressor for foaming, and water-cooling a mold at room temperature, to obtain a foam shoe sole.
