NOVELTY - The battery has a cathode including sparked graphene oxide (sGO) in which a set of pores having different diameters are formed by thermal shock applied to the graphene oxide (170). A separator is provided between an anode and a cathode. A liquid electrolyte (180) of different volumes is introduced into the pores according to the diameter of the pores, so that a three-phase is composed of oxygen, the electrolyte, and sparked graphene oxides. The electrolyte is selected from potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and a combination of neutral electrolyte. An electrode is made of silver and attached to the anode. USE - Neutral electrolyte-based metal-air battery. ADVANTAGE - The metal-air battery has increased energy density, excellent economic feasibility, and reduced risk of explosion by using a stable neutral electrolyte.
