NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified piezoelectric composite film comprises dissolving graphene powder in N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain graphene suspension and then adding poly(vinylidene fluoride) powder to obtain poly(vinylidene fluoride) suspension; adding lead zirconate titanate powder into poly(vinylidene fluoride) suspension to obtain three-phase homogeneous system original composite slurry of graphene, lead zirconate titanate ceramic particles and poly(vinylidene fluoride); and piezoelectric composite film prepared by composite slurry. USE - The composite film is useful for preparing discrete piezoelectric composite film sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film: has excellent flexibility and high piezoelectric performance; and improves dielectric constant of composite material substrate and reduces weight of piezoelectric sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of graphene modified piezoelectric composite film comprising pressing layer of plastic protective shell on the upper and lower surfaces of piezoelectric composite film, and the electrodes are prepared by riveted joint; piezoelectric performance area is partly spraying gold polarized region to forming discrete piezoelectric composite film sensor.
