NOVELTY - Ester type photosensitive material polyimide comprises component A comprising polyamic ester, component B comprising photoinitiator, component C comprising crosslinking agent, component D comprising fluoride quantum dot and components E comprising solvent. USE - Used as ester type photosensitive material polyimide. ADVANTAGE - The ester type photosensitive polyimide material has excellent photosensitive performance, mechanical property, good hydrophobic and heat-resistant performance, and reduced dielectric constant.
