▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper-graphene composite material comprises 0.8-2.5 wt.% graphene, 1-3 wt.% zirconium, 0.5-1.5 wt.% vanadium, 0.02-0.05 wt.% ytterbium, 0.02-0.05 wt.% erbium, 0.01-0.03 wt.% niobium, and balance of copper. USE - The composite material is useful for highly wear-resistant conductive materials e.g. wires and batteries. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high hardness, high strength, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a copper-graphene composite material, comprising (i) adding zirconium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, niobium and copper into a ball mill, and ball milling for 1-3 hours to obtain a mixture; (ii) adding graphene into absolute ethanol, adding a dispersing agent, and ultrasonically shaking for 30-60 minutes to obtain a graphene suspension, adding the mixture into the suspension, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed suspension; (iii) adding the mixed suspension into the ball mill tank, and then adding the aluminum-zirconium coupling agent, ball milling for 3-6 hours, and drying to obtain a composite powder; and (iv) press-forming the composite powder and then subjecting to plasma discharge sintering under the protection of an inert gas.
