NOVELTY - A packaging (10) comprises a polymer resin layer (11), a barrier layer (12) comprising layers comprising graphene, a dispersant, and pyrene as a flexible linking agent, and having a thickness of 30-999 nm, which blocks moisture and gas, and which is formed on the layer (11), and a polymer resin layer (13) formed on the barrier layer. The graphene and pyrene form pi - pi bonds (interactions). USE - Packaging is used for flexible secondary battery (claimed) e.g. lithium secondary battery for mobile device e.g. smartphone. ADVANTAGE - The packaging is capable of preventing occurrence of cracks due to tensile stress and compressive stress in a repeated bending environment, and preventing deterioration of battery performance by preventing contamination of electrolyte present inside the battery, and has improved flexibility and moisture barrier property. The packaging can maintain mechanical strength of the battery. The mechanical stiffness of the barrier layer is improved, and the dispersibility of graphene in the barrier layer is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for flexible secondary battery, which comprises a flexible electrode assembly, and the packaging for embedding the flexible electrode assembly.
