NOVELTY - Preparing inorganic fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composite material, comprises (i) adding coupling agent to anhydrous ethanol, mixing uniformly, adding acetic acid to hydrolyze coupling agent, adding nanoparticles and inorganic fibers, reacting for 0.5-6 hours, washing and drying to obtain surface-modified inorganic fibers, (ii) mixing toluene and N,N dimethylformamide to obtain binary solvent, adding preset proportion of polyurethane resin particles and the surface-modified inorganic fibers into binary solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, mechanically stirring uniformly and vacuum defoaming to obtain inorganic fiber polyurethane composite spinning solution, and (iii) adding inorganic fiber-polyurethane composite spinning solution to wet spinning machine for spinning at certain spinning speed, spinning thin stream comes out of coagulation bath, drafting treatment, forming complete fiber, using high temperature heat setting and drying to obtain the final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing inorganic fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare inorganic fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composite material having excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing inorganic fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composite material, comprises (i) adding coupling agent to anhydrous ethanol, mixing uniformly, adding acetic acid to hydrolyze coupling agent, adding nanoparticles and inorganic fibers, reacting for 0.5-6 hours, washing and drying to obtain surface-modified inorganic fibers, (ii) mixing toluene and N,N dimethylformamide to obtain binary solvent, adding preset proportion of polyurethane resin particles and the surface-modified inorganic fibers into binary solvent, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-10 minutes at 20-30 ℃, mechanically stirring uniformly and vacuum defoaming to obtain inorganic fiber polyurethane composite spinning solution, and (iii) adding inorganic fiber-polyurethane composite spinning solution to wet spinning machine for spinning at certain spinning speed, spinning thin stream comes out of coagulation bath, drafting treatment, forming complete fiber, using high temperature heat setting and drying to obtain the final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an inorganic fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane composite material obtained by the above method.
