NOVELTY - Lubrication and wear-resistant enhanced engineering plastic alloy comprises 100 pts. wt. PA6 polyamide resin, 2-5 pts. wt. Polyether ether ketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) resin, 1-4 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 2-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 10-18 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 3-8 pts. wt. lubricant, 0-6 pts. wt. pigment filler and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. stabilizing agent. USE - The plastic alloy is used as engineering material. ADVANTAGE - The alloy modifies the polyamide nylon resin by adjusting and coordinating the components to improve comprehensive mechanical and friction properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lubrication and wear-resistant enhanced engineering plastic alloy comprising (a) preparing the anti-wear agent and (b) firstly mixing the raw materials in a high-speed mixer for 1-30 minutes, placing the dispersed raw materials into an extruder at a feeding speed of 40-50revolutions/minute, heating the extruder at 200-280℃, melting, blending, extruding, pulling, cooling and granulating to obtain lubrication and wear-resistant enhanced engineering plastic alloy.
