NOVELTY - Preparing gamma -interferon aptamer electrode based on three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide comprises (i) preparing three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material, (ii) preparing horseradish peroxidase/three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material, and (iii) preparing horseradish peroxidase/three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite aptamer modified electrode by pre-treating glassy carbon electrode. USE - The aptamer modified electrode is useful for detecting gamma -interferon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The linear detection range of the aptamer electrode for interferon-gamma is 1014-10-9 M, and the lowest detectable limit is 3.3x 1015 M. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing gamma -interferon aptamer electrode based on three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide comprises (i) preparing three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material, (ii) preparing horseradish peroxidase/three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material by adding secondary water to the three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material, under ultrasonic resonance for one time section, adding horse radish peroxidase, placing in ice water bath, stirring to obtain horse radish peroxidase/three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material, filtering, dispersing the horse radish peroxidase/three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material in water for storing, and (iii) preparing horseradish peroxidase/three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite aptamer modified electrode by pre-treating glassy carbon electrode, dropping the resulting composite material on the glassy carbon electrode surface to obtain horseradish peroxidase/three dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide/naked glass carbon embellish electrode, soaking in interferon aptamer ssDNA for cultivating, closing the gamma -interferon aptamer ssDNA, and preparing the gamma -interferon electrochemical aptamer embellish electrode. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) the horseradish peroxidase/three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite aptamer modified electrode prepared by the above mentioned method; and (2) detecting gamma -interferon by using the composite material aptamer embellish electrode, comprising (a) preparing different concentrations of interferon standard solution, (b) soaking the horseradish peroxidase/three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material in solution of gamma -interferon, allowing to stand at 36-38 degrees C for 0.8-1.2 hours, cleaning, and assembling with a working electrode, (c) drawing working curve, and (d) detecting the actual sample.
