▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing gold/graphene quantum dots/mercaptopropionic acid/polyethyleneimine loaded drug-containing hydrogel for sustained release of drug involves (a) dissolving citric acid monohydrate in 15 ml ultra-pure water, transferring clear solution into crucible, heating in muffle furnace at a certain temperature for a period of time, cooling to room temperature and dissolving in ultra-pure water to configure into solution with certain concentration, (b) mixing chloroauric acid solution with graphene quantum dot solution made in step (a), irradiating under UV light, centrifuging, removing supernatant to obtain gold/graphene quantum dots and configuring to a certain concentration, and (c) adding cytarabine to gold/graphene quantum dot solution prepared in step (b), stirring at 25 degrees C for 12 hours, centrifuging, removing supernatant, dissolving in 3 ml ultra-pure water, adding mercaptopropionic acid, stirring at 25 degrees C for 12 hours, adding polyethyleneimine and allowing to stand. USE - The method is useful for preparing gold/graphene quantum dots/mercaptopropionic acid/polyethyleneimine loaded drug-containing hydrogel for sustained release of drug under condition of phosphate buffer solution having pH 5, 6.2 and 7.4, and near infrared light stimulation (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient. The prepared hydrogel is pH sensitive and has light-conversion thermal performance.
