NOVELTY - Graphene preparation separation structure using expansion cracking comprises a cold tank (1), a heating pipe (2), a motor, an electromagnet and a fixing frame. The heating pipe is fixedly installed at the top edge of the cold tank. An auger shaft (3) is installed on the inner bearing of the heating pipe. A first sealing plate (4) is installed on the rotating shaft of the heating pipe at the bottom of one end of the cold tank. A gear body is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the shaft end of the first sealing plate and the heating pipe. A feed port is opened on the left side of the top of the heating pipe, and a telescopic rod is fixed on the outer wall of the end of the heating pipe, and the output shaft end of the telescopic rod is fixedly installed with a positioning frame. The motor is fixedly installed between the ends of the heating pipe through a motor support. The end of the output shaft of the motor is fixed with a rotating rod. USE - Used as graphene preparation separation structure using expansion cracking. ADVANTAGE - The structure: utilizes the temperature difference to achieve the expansion and cracking of graphite; completes the production of grapheme; facilitates the import and export of materials; improves the uniformity of graphite distribution, and production efficiency of graphene; and makes the production quality of graphene.
