▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An anti-icing wearable film is prepared by compounding and curing a hydrophobic polymer material, a curing agent and a photothermal material, and constructing a structure array of cone-shaped pits on the surface of the film. The structure of the cone-shaped pit is in the order of micron. The film surface is uniformly distributed in a polygonal array. The cone-shaped pit structure array is constructed by laser direct writing technology. The pit has a spacing of 15-25 mu m, a diameter of 15-20 mu m, and a depth of 5-15 mu m. The thickness of the film is 0.5-2 mm. USE - The wearable anti-icing film is useful on surface of substrate including surface of glass, ceramic, metal, wood or solid polymer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wearable anti-icing film: has excellent wetting and photothermal performance by adjusting the formulation ratio, super-hydrophobic properties, which can realize the anti-icing function of the surface, and durability; can be prepared by a simple, precise and controllable method; is especially suitable for sticky and ready-to-use anti-icing of substrates in complex environment; and can be repeatedly used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the anti-icing wearable film, which involves (S1) evenly stirring and mixing hydrophobic polymer material, curing agent and photothermal material in a mixer to obtain a mixture, (S2) pouring the evenly mixed mixture into a flat-bottomed ceramic container, placing the container in a vacuum drying oven for vacuum processing, and removing air bubbles in the mixture, (S3) curing the vacuum-treated mixture to obtain a cured film, and (S4) constructing an array of pits on the surface of the cured film by using a laser to obtain thin film with an array of cone-shaped pits distributed on the surface; and (2) use of the anti-icing wearable film on surface of substrate, which involves pasting the film with an array of cone-shaped pits distributed on the surface on the surface of the substrate that needs anti-icing treatment to realize its anti-icing application.
