▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The material has main unit provided with a substrate region. A graphene region is provided with a graphene flake region and a hierarchical porous graphene region. The substrate region comprises carbon precursor and inorganic crystal precursor. The graphene region comprises metal nanoparticle, metal oxide, metal nitride or metal sulfide. USE - Electrode material for an energy storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode material has low sheet resistance, excellent electrical conductivity, area capacitance and capacity retention rate, and is eco-friendly, biodegradable and flexible. The material can improve the spatial resolution of laser patterning by eliminating unexpected thermal diffusion in the heat-affected region. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing electrode material for an energy storage device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of one-step selective patterning of FsLIG microelectrodes on fallen leaves using ultrashort UV laser pulses under ambient air.
