NOVELTY - Processing technique of light weight corrugated paper box comprises (a) weighing bamboo pulp, wood pulp, starch mixed paste liquid, modified gypsum fiber, modified diatomite, xylan, calcium stearate, modified coconut fiber and additive, stirring and mixing uniformly, pouring into the paper machine, paper making in the paper making machine and paper making the obtained paper for drying process, (b) using hot pressing technique to obtain the paper sheet is corrugated paper box rough blank, coating the corrugated paper box rough blank with wear-resistant coating after coating, placing into drying box to dry and (c) cutting the corrugated board after drying, contacting line, cutting corner and top box operation to obtain light weight corrugated paper box. USE - The method is useful for processing technique of light weight corrugated paper box. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple technique and convenient operation; is economical; has good mechanical property of the prepared paper box, low weight and strong quantization and reduces the use of wood resource.
