NOVELTY - High temperature resistant anti-aging pressure sensitive adhesive comprises 3-5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl acrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. initiator, 10-15 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 6-8 pts. wt. dodecyl mercaptan, 45-60 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. N-vinyl pyrrolidone, 1-3 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 6-8 pts. wt. 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate and 6-8 pts. wt. nano sol solution USE - Used as high temperature resistant anti-aging pressure sensitive adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the high-temperature-resistant anti-aging pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising (i) adding the nano sol solution into butyl acrylate according to the specific amount, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 10 minutes and collecting the dispersed mixed solution, (ii) mixing the dispersed mixed solution, methyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate according to a specific amount and placing the mixture into a reaction container, (iii) adding dodecyl mercaptan into the reaction vessel and then carrying out heat preservation treatment for 90-100 minutes at 75-80degrees Celsius in an inert atmosphere, and (iv) adding N-vinyl pyrrolidone, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, an initiator and 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate into a reaction vessel, continuing to perform heat preservation treatment at 75-80degrees Celsius for 90-100 minutes in an inert atmosphere, allowing to stand and cooling to room temperature; and (2) a aluminum foil adhesive tape comprising a aluminum foil substrate main body and a release agent layer. The release agent layer is set on one side of the aluminum foil substrate main body. An adhesive layer is set on the other side of the aluminum foil base material main body, where the adhesive layer includes high temperature resistant anti-aging pressure-sensitive adhesive.
