NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide supported nickel phosphide composite material involves mixing graphene oxide with water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving nickel salt in water to obtain nickel salt solution. The amino trimethylene phosphonic acid is added dropwise in the obtained graphene oxide dispersion, and stirred to obtain a mixed solution A, added the nickel salt solution dropwise to the mixed solution A, placed at 70-80℃ to react, and dried to obtain a precursor. The precursor is heat-treated at 500-800℃ in an inert atmosphere, and cooled to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide supported nickel phosphide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has good industrial application prospect, reduces graphene oxide as coating carbon, improves the conductivity and sodium ion storage capacity of the composite material and multiplying power performance of the composite material, and relieves the pulverization of nickel phosphide in electrochemical charging and discharging process.
