NOVELTY - Plastic core material comprises 80-120 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 15-20 pts. wt. high abrasion carbon black, 20-30 pts. wt. semi-reinforcing carbon black, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene composite, 20-40 pts. wt. ultrafine vulcanization powder, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. PVC powder, 1.2-2 pts. wt. octyl phthalate, 1-1.8 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 1-4 pts. wt. accelerator TT, 0.5-3 pts. wt. accelerator CZ and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant RD. The graphene composite is prepared by performing in situ reduction of graphene/hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene compound and performing ultrasonic dispersion. USE - Plastic core material. ADVANTAGE - The plastic core material has good compatibility and good honeycomb lattice structure.
