NOVELTY - Oxygen-resistant fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating comprises polyimide, graphite fluoride, potassium persulfate, sodium nitrate, potassium permanganate, salicylic acid, phosphoric anhydride, dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 4-pyridine, trimethylolpropane, ammonium fluorozirconate, sodium lauryl sulfate, sorbitan monostearate, alkyl alcohol amide, stannous sulfide, benzene dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl formamide, sulfuric acid, and/or anhydrous ethanol. USE - Oxygen-resistant fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high strength, strong impact resistance, good toughness and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Oxygen-resistant fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating comprises 100-110 pts. wt. polyimide, 10-14 pts. wt. graphite fluoride, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. potassium permanganate, 4-6 pts. wt. salicylic acid, 0.5-1 pt. wt. phosphoric anhydride, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. 4-pyridine, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. trimethylolpropane, 2-4 pts. wt. ammonium fluorozirconate, 0.7-1 pt. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.4-1 pts. wt. sorbitan monostearate, 0.8-2 pts. wt. alkyl alcohol amide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. stannous sulfide, 5-7 pts. wt. benzene dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl formamide, sulfuric acid, and/or anhydrous ethanol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of oxygen-resistant fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating comprising adding ammonium fluorozirconate to water, uniformly stirring, adding sorbitan monostearate, heating to 57-60 degrees C, adding 10-13 mol/L sulfuric acid, adjusting pH to 1-2, keeping temperature for 20-30 minutes, adding graphite fluoride, stirring, reacting for 40-50 minutes, filtering, washing precipitate for 3-4 times, and drying at room temperature to obtain pretreated graphite fluoride; taking pre-treated fluorinated graphite, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide, adding sulfuric acid solution, placing into oil bath at 80-90 degrees C, incubating for 8-9 hours, discharging, filtering, washing precipitate for 3-4 times, and drying at 60-65 degrees C; adding sodium nitrate, mixing sulfuric acid solution in ice water bath, adding potassium permanganate, stirring and reacting for 4-5 hours, discharging, heating 35-40 degrees C, keeping temperature and reacting for 1-2 hours, adding 10-15 times distilled water, continue heating to 90-95 degrees C, reacting for 10-20 minutes, standing for 10-15 hours, centrifuging, separating, washing precipitate for 2-3 times, freezing and drying for 40-50 hours to obtain graphite oxide fluoride; adding 30-40 times ethanol solution, stirring uniformly, adding trimethylolpropane, sonicating for 10-20 minutes, filtering, washing precipitate by anhydrous ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain modified graphite fluoride; adding modified graphite fluoride and sebacic acid in dimethylformamide, heating at 57-60 degrees C, keeping temperature for 20-25 hours, cooling, and sonicating at 60-65 W for 1-2 hours to obtain graphite dispersion; adding 4-dimethylamino pyridine and dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, and agitating to obtain catalytic dispersion; adding graphite oxide dispersion in ice water bath, dropping catalyst, stirring, reacting for 2-3 hours, discharging, heating to 60-64 degrees C, keeping temperature for 40-50 hours, adding stannous sulfide, stirring uniformly, centrifuging, separating, washing precipitate with dimethylformamide, absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, and freeze-drying; and putting grafted graphene and residual raw materials, stirring uniformly, feeding into extruder, melting and extruding, cooling, grinding into fine powder, and sieving.
