NOVELTY - Graphene low surface processing epoxy thick paste coating comprises 0.07-0.31 wt.% graphene, 14.14-18.92 wt.% epoxy resin, 0.81-1.35 wt.% anti-settling agent, 5.54-6.73 wt.% pigment, 0.27-0.3 wt.% dispersant, 46.56-53.87 wt.% filler, 13.47-17.89 wt.% curing agent and 9.61-10.11 wt.% solvent. USE - Used as graphene low surface processing epoxy thick paste coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is economical; has excellent dispersibility and shielding network; adopts high-quality graphene; improves the neutral salt mist resistance by greater than or equal to 6 times and drawing adhesive force by greater than or equal to 2 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene low surface processing epoxy thick paste coating comprising (i) adding 70% total solvent in order at the speed of 300-500rotations/minute (rpm) in the reactor, stirring the epoxy resin and dispersant uniformly, then continue to adding graphene and anti-settling agent in turn and stirring uniformly, (ii) adjusting the speed of the reactor to 500-700 rpm, adding pigments and fillers in sequence, and then adjusting the speed of the reactor to 1000-1200 rpm to dispersing until the solution fineness is less than or equal to 50 mu m, qualifying the fineness, using 10% of the total solvent to adjusting the viscosity, when the viscosity is 100-110Ku, filtering and packaging to obtain graphene low surface treatment epoxy thick paste coating component A, (ii) adding 20% solvent of curing agent and total solvent at the speed of 300-500 rpm in the reactor, stirring uniformly, filtering and packing to obtain graphene low surface treatment epoxy thick paste coating component B, mixing the component A and component A uniformly in a ratio of 10:1.
