NOVELTY - The electrode has a nano particle coating layer for covering a photoactive layer. A capping layer is formed with a graphene coating layer and the nano particle coating layer. The graphene coating layer is laminated with metal oxidhydroxide and restored graphene oxide. USE - Photo electrode for photo electro chemical (PEC) cell of a hybrid organic photoconductor chemistry battery and hybrid organic photoconductor chemistry battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode ensures that a surface passivation layer can protect a hybrid organic photo conductor galvanic cell so as to perform decomposition of the electrode, control hole extraction/transportation and improve wettability about water and catalyst property of the electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The metal oxidhydroxide comprises nickel, copper, cobalt, iron and manganese. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a photo electrode.
